1. You must use the service lawfully
You may not use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, abusive, or rights-infringing purpose. This includes activity that violates criminal law, sanctions, privacy law, intellectual property rights, consumer protection law, export controls, or third-party platform rules that apply to the workload you run.
2. Prohibited activity
- Malware, ransomware, spyware, crypto-mining without express authorisation, or any code intended to harm systems or users.
- Phishing, spam, scam operations, credential stuffing, brute force attacks, vulnerability exploitation, or unauthorised scanning.
- DDoS attacks, reflection attacks, botnets, denial-of-service tooling, or traffic designed to disrupt networks or services.
- Hosting or distributing illegal, defamatory, hateful, exploitative, or sexually abusive material.
- Using stolen payment details, synthetic identities, or misrepresenting your identity or authority.
- Infringing copyright, trade mark, database, software licence, or other proprietary rights.
3. Game Hosting Rules
- You must hold any licences needed for the game server software, assets, mods, maps, or plugins you use.
- You may not run cheat distribution services, malicious launchers, cracked or pirated software, or tools intended to interfere with other servers or players.
- You must not use our infrastructure to harass, stalk, or target other communities, servers, or operators.
4. Discord Bot Hosting Rules
- You must comply with Discord's developer, API, automation, and platform terms that apply to your bot.
- Self-bots, token abuse, mass unsolicited messaging, scraping that breaches platform rules, and evasion of platform moderation are not allowed.
- You remain responsible for the commands, automations, integrations, and data your bot processes.
5. Resource Abuse and Security
You may not use the service in a way that creates unreasonable load, interferes with shared infrastructure, bypasses platform limits, or threatens the security or stability of the network. We may rate-limit, isolate, suspend, or remove workloads where necessary to protect the service or other customers.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend, restrict, or terminate services immediately where we reasonably believe there is a security threat, legal risk, urgent abuse, or material breach of this Policy or the Terms of Service. We may preserve, review, or disclose information where required to investigate abuse or comply with legal obligations.
7. Reporting abuse
If you need to report abuse, security issues, or unlawful content linked to the service, use the support process available through the client area or send legal and compliance notices to legal@unleashed.marketing. Include enough information for the report to be investigated, such as dates, IPs, domain names, ticket references, or evidence where available.
