What we collect
We collect only what we actually need:
- —Your name and email when you register
- —A phone number if you add one
- —Your IP address when you log in (security)
- —Stripe customer ID for billing — we never see your card number
- —Support tickets and what you write in them
- —Your Discord ID if you link your account
- —SSH keys if you add them
What we do with it
We use it to run your services, send invoices, reply to support, and stop abuse. That's it. We don't sell it, we don't advertise with it.
Who we share it with
- —Stripe — handles your payments. They have your billing info. Stripe privacy
- —Our server provider — hosts the hardware your VPS runs on. They don't see your data.
- —Nobody else. We don't use Google Analytics, Facebook pixels, or any tracking.
Law enforcement: only if a Danish court orders us to. We'll tell you if we can.
Security
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Everything is HTTPS. Card data goes straight to Stripe, never our servers. Database is not publicly accessible.
How long we keep it
- —Server data: deleted 7 days after you cancel
- —Account info: anonymised within 30 days of deletion
- —Payment records: kept 5 years (tax law)
- —Support tickets: 1 year
- —Login logs: 30 days
Your rights (GDPR)
You can ask us to:
- —Show you what data we have on you
- —Fix anything that is wrong
- —Delete your account and data
- —Give you your data in a file
Email unleasedhost@azvexor.dk and we'll sort it within 30 days.
Cookies
Two cookies only. auth_token keeps you logged in. _u shows your name in the navbar. No tracking, no ads.
