Terms of Service

1. The basics

By using Unleashed Host you agree to these terms. You need to be 18 or older to sign up. If you break these rules we can suspend your account.

2. What we provide

We sell VPS hosting and game servers. You rent resources from us on a monthly basis. We can change plans or pricing with reasonable notice.

3. Account

Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for anything that happens on your account. Let us know straight away if you think someone got in without permission.

4. What you can't do

Don't use our servers for:

• ×Sending spam or running mail relays
• ×Hosting malware, phishing pages, or anything illegal under Danish/EU law
• ×DDoS attacks against other people or services
• ×Mining crypto without asking us first
• ×Anything involving child sexual abuse material — instant permanent ban, no appeal
• ×Running botnets or scraping at scale

Breaking these rules gets your account terminated immediately. No refund.

5. Billing

Everything renews monthly. Prices include VAT where required. Payments go through Stripe — we never see your card details. If a payment fails we'll email you before suspending anything.

6. Refunds

7 days from purchase. After that we generally don't refund unless something was genuinely our fault. See our Refund Policy for the full details.

7. Uptime

We aim for 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance doesn't count against that. If we mess up and cause significant downtime we'll work something out with you.

8. Your data

Your data is yours. We don't look at it unless you ask for help or we're legally required to. When you cancel we keep it for 7 days then delete it. Take backups before you leave.

9. Liability

We're not responsible for lost data, lost profits, or anything downstream of a service outage. If we do owe you something, it's capped at what you paid us in the last 3 months.

10. Cancellation

Cancel any time from the dashboard. Your service stays active until the end of the billing period. We can terminate accounts that break these rules without warning.

11. Jurisdiction

Danish law applies. If we disagree about something it'll go to a Danish court.
